Our History
All Care Industries has grown from a single contract in 2001 to one of the most prominent service providers in Southern California. We proudly serve over 50 unique sites with industry leading multi-year renewal rates. Our belief is that long-term relationships are built through a commitment to high quality daily performance and proactive open dialogue rather than doing the minimum for the lowest price.
Our Management Team
Charles Y. Lee
Charles is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of All Care Industries Inc. and is accountable for the overall direction and success of the company. With over 35 years experience, Charles founded All Care Industries and has grown the business from a single contract in 2001 to one of the most prominent service providers in Southern California. Prior to founding All Care, Charles was a custodial service manager at Able Buildings Services – which laid the foundation of his custodial expertise.
Victor S. Lee
Victor is Director of Operations and is accountable for the success of All Care’s account executive teams, marketing operations and relationship development across all of All Care’s key markets. Prior to All Care, Victor was a commercial marketing consultant and an operational marketing manager leading sales and operations teams nationwide.
Joshua Y. Li
Josh is Director of Business Development. He is accountable for operational growth strategy to sustain All Care’s continued growth. Prior to All Care, Josh was an operational executive and a senior management consulting leader for strategic operational improvement programs in the biopharmaceutical industry.
